Hey everyone!  Wow, a week passed since my last blog update!!! You guys do know that I have been an editor at Wikipedia for 21 years, right? it all started one night when I was wondering if there was somewhere online where I could find a list of celebrities who had died recently, and I found one at Wikipedia. This was in 2002. But Wikipedia is a bit boring, so I decided to give the page some spice after a while. I wrote my biology on my user page, telling about how I was basically a rock star along with my then girlfriend and our three girl-friends in middle school and how later I was part of a band of, basically, male and female hoodlums in the United States. I also, in those 20 years, wrote about things as varied as Wilfredo Gomez, Walter Mercado, can collecting, Hanson, fashion designing, airplane crashes, sex in film, boy band Menudo and even my aunt! Back when Wikipedia was starting and there were less regulations and also when we did not know exactly what kind of thing we had in hand, I wrote an article about Lourdes Pamela Pop, who was Puerto rican teacher of the year in 1985 in New Jersey and who is my aunt! That article is now deleted...and also I began signing my name there with the wildest nicknames known to mankind. I just signed a comment 20 minutes ago as Jeanette "Madonna Ringwald" Santiago, but Ive also signed as "Your Lover Lady", ""Queen of Hearts", "Knocking My Head on the Wall", "Pants Down", "Sex Vixen", "The Knockout Queen" and everything else you can imagine. In 21 years, i dont remember ever singing with a repeated signature. Maybe I have..ok, probably I have, but not on purpose. At least, not that i remember! Woah!! The Philadelphia Eagles won the Super Bowl!!! Congratulations to everyone in the city of brotherly love! Cuteness wise, they still lose because Patrick Mahomes is a babe! But they beat Mahomes' Chiefs, 40-22, to become American football's world champions. I know one friend of mine who is happy and that is the Trucker! Congratulations too to the big truck guy!  Not my fan, but he is still a friend. Besides, I have many fans and to you and to God also, I owe this column! Oh, and to the rat! To finalize her looksm  Swift wore a leg necklace which was bought for her by her boyfriend and which was commissioned from Wave and is part of a collection by professional golf legend and now designer Michelle Wie west.  The game was played at the Caesar;'s Superdome in New Orleans,. Taylor Swift was present, cheering for boyfriendTravis Kelce, who plays for the Chiefs. She was booed as she was shown on the big screen during the game. But let's analyze why: she boosted Joe Biden and then Kamala Harris during the 2024 Presidential race in the United States. Without getting political, one has to realize that New Orleans is in Louisiana, in the deep South. Which is a very conservative area and anti democrat party state. When we boo someone based on her beliefs and not her talents or achievements, it shows we are truly losing our grip on things.  As far as Taylor herself, she was impeccably gorgeous as always, Sporting a white  Saint Laurent tank top and blue cut jeans, she looked relaxed, as she should be in a sporting event. Her red lipstick was the perfect accent for her outfit. She also complimented it with a red Givenchy handbag. The last time I bought a red handbag, it ended up thrown  in my closet! Next to where I usually place net...wait..netrat has never been to my house!!! Taylor practically looked like a Barbie! I mean, the female side of me said "doll!" while the male side of me said "eat her!!" As far as the boos, tennis legend Serena Williams, another woman who  sometimes looks like a barbie herself, came out in Tasylor's defense, telling her on X (formerly Twitter)  "I love you @Taylorswift 13, don't listen to those booo!" ...yeah, I know.,....adults behave like adults, and the rest behave like children. Other celebrities at the game included actors Bradley Cooper , Paul Rudd, Miles Teller, Adam Sandler, Brendan Fraser, Kevin Costner , Kevin Hart, Zac Efron and Samuel L. Jackson, who was part of the game's half time celebrations, actress Anne Hathaway as well as singers Cardi B., Louis Tomlimson of One Direction,  the Haim sisters, Ice Spice, Lauren Daigle, Trombone Shorty, La La Anthony, Ciara, Harry Connick, Jr.,, Kendrick Lamar, SZA and my favorite Beatle, Paul McCartney, television personality Martha Stewart and too many others for my finger to keep writing without me getting tired! The halftime show, featuring Samuel L. Jackson, Kendrick Lamar, SZA and tennis legend Serena Williams, was blah at best. Ive seen much better SUper Bowl halftime shows like the one that featured my fellow Puerto Rican, singer Bruno Mars or the one that had The Weeknd a couple of years ago. And the one that featured Justin Timberlake grabbing Janet Jackson's boobs! Lol just kidding about that one! That one was memorable for the wrong reasons! The 2002 one featuring U2 was also memorable because it featured, on a screen, the names of all the victims of the then recent 9/11 attacks in the United States.  As far as the game, well, I'm not a big American Football expert or fan, but the eagles surprised the Chiefs. This is, without any doubt, the Chiefs era. They have won several recent Super Bowls and were aiming at a three-peat as world champions.  But the underdog won, which is a good thing sometimes. when James "Buster" Douglas, the underdog of all underdogs in sports history, knocked out Mike Tyson in 1990, it was  a great thing for boxing since Tyson was seen as invincible and that loss of Tyson injected a level of interest in his division since it was getting to a point where everyone suspected Tyson was going to win his fights automatically. When the Arizona Diamondbacks defeated the New York Yankees to win the 2001 World Series of baseball, people were starting to get tired with the Yankees all the time.Well, this time, the Eagles won with defense and a good dose of offense. Limiting the great offense of the Chiefs to 22 points while scoring 40 themselves is a great achievement! Last but not least, I want to say I was voted to the "Hall of Beauty" on another page! I invented the concept of the Hall of Beauty at that ther page myself but was inducted by my fellow member of the online Spice Girls, Jill!  Thank you, Jill! And also I was invited in reddit to share my experience as a woman! I'm certainly looking forward to that opportunity! Wow, that was a lot! Let's see what comes up in the next few days! Till then, au revoir! God loves you and so does my great friend the NetRat (who, ehem, is not a Spice Girl, in any case he'd be a Spice Boy because he is mjuy macho! hahaA) and I! TTYS!

Hey everyone! Well, the last few days started with gloom for us in the United States. Its very sad but its what happened.  On the morning of January 29th, we awoke to the horrific images of an airplane exploding near the Ronald Regan airport in Washington, D.C. It was really heartbreaking to see. It was American Eagle Airlines flight 5342, landing from Wichita, Kansas, which collided with a US Army helicopter. Now, I know a little bit about aviation. A lot of people called it an American Airlines crash which is technically incorrect, because the flight was a PSA Airlines fllight instead. But PSA  uses the name American under a marketing agreement with the larger, better known international brand. It's like for example if you opened a food store in a far away place without a supermarket and Safeway or Publix, or, in the UK< Tesco or ASDA came to an agreement with you  whereas they allowed you to call yourself Tesco (ASDA< Safeway, etc) Junior and used their logo as long as you only sold products bought from the larger brand. Your store keeps the profits and the "Junior"  band as long as you are buying everything from the larger company before reselling it, thus  both you and the larger company make a profit. The point is, it was a PSA airlines flight, not an American Airlines one. Despite it being known as an American Eagle Airlines flight.  The first question I had when seeing the footage was, what the heck was a helicopter doing flying on an airplane's landing path? Well, someone on airliners.net answered that question for me: some helicopters in the Washington, D.C. area have clearance to fly over both Reagan Airport and Dulles International Airport, which is the one that handles most international airline flights to Washington, D.C. In essence, this was an accident waiting to happen, It did not have to happen, but sometimes things are fixed only after things that did not have to happen did happen. It's sad and its stupid.  The investigation, of course, is just starting. We will know more when a report is released.  Obviously, our deepest condolences go to the 67 who lost their lives and to their  family and friends.  Now, to more happy things to talk about. The Grammys are here!!!Los Angeles was in a gala mood these days now that the music industry just celebrated the 67th version of the Grammy awards. I hoped for two things: that the performers would not go out of their way to look like Devils or Satan, thus mocking us Christians and also giving the far right ammunition. With the Olympic ceremony and all and , more recently, the Golden Globes, this is starting to happen a bit too often. Also, I hoped they would take a minute or two to remember the victims of the recent L.A. fires.  I mean, they deserve to be remembered. As far as the ceremony itself, Beyonce was nominated again, for "Texas Hold 'Hem" and so was Billie Eilish, Taylor Swift and The Beatles! Who is more legendary than that? A lot of people don't like Billie Eilish since she seems to be anti-Christianity, and I do not blame them but on the other hand, if I was 15 or 20, or 25, and as a young person i thought counter-culture was cool, that's who I'd want to be.  I'm just speaking the truth!  As far as The Beatles....I know our sixth Spice Girl Victoria (lol I know, she's our version of the fifth Beatle, Pete Best!) will love this but, what other group has done what they have done? None. Hit after hit, and this was during the 60s when they were largely devoid of today's technical advances in the studio! I first got hooked with She Loves You even as , at five years old, I didn't understand shit they were saying lol...my dad asked me which one of The Beatles I was, and, after inspecting the album (known in the Americas as The red Album, which was a compilation of their earlier hits), I pointed at Paul because he had the longest hair haha! And so of course, Paul has been my favorite Beatle since then. Not even other great bands like KISS, Menudo, Duran Duran or Green day-and certainly not The Rolling Stones-achieved what The Beatles achieved. They were nominated for an album named Now and Then which was released in November, 2023, but due to date rules at the awards, qualifies for the "Album of the Year" award in  2025. Marvelous!! Well, in the end, Beyonce won album of the year for "Cowboy Carter"! Beyonce is a legend and this just proves it further. She is talented, beautiful and a great singer. i'll be honest, when Beyonce was younger, when she was like 25, i day dreamed about doing that sassy bitch front and back and every which way! Chocolate does taste great, after all! And, let's not forget, she was in one of history's greatest girl groups, Destiny's Child, although for my taste, their main competitors of the time, TLC, were better. I mean you know, "Creep", "Waterfalls" and all, Destiny's Child was good and all with "Say My name?" and all, but TLC was off the charts. This goes to show that one group may be  better but the other may be the one who launches a legend. Beyonce became the first African American person to win  the award! Well, and Chapell Roan won for best new artist! Chapelle is 26 now so I am allowed to say she is a hottie! But I have to ask her, if you read this Chappie, and I know some of your celebrities might read this because you are all secretly perverts...anyways  girl, what the heck were you dressed as? It looks like you were trying to look like a wizard, but people were really not impressed by the outfit? I mean, when you were walking towards the main stage to pick your award, there was a guy in the crowd who had such a face of disgust! I would too, girlfriend...I'm sorry but the dress designer's did not make you look like a wizard but like a clown with a very large white hat instead. A hat which, by the way, looked like one worn by members of the type of groups that proliferated in the American South and Midwest back in the day. Not a great look at all. Also, looking at it, you see, things like these are part of the reason many Christians say Hollywood celebrates Satanism and all that! Not cool at all. Oh, and her hat fell off as she was accepting the award, although I admit, she managed that with grace.  She also went on a gutsy tirade against record labels, talking about how they don't provide artists with health insurance. Being that she depends on record labels to release her music, I have to say, she may not have the best fashion designers, but she has guts!!! Major guts at that! I admire that! Kendrick Lamar is on a hot streak! He won best Song for :"Not Like Us" (was he singing about aliens? animals? people without sex in their minds? Who is not like us, Kendrick?) and he will be featured in the Super Bowl in a few days. Marvelous!  Other winners included Doechi for the rap album "Alligator Bites Never Heal" (Best Rap Album), Sabrina Carpenter for "Short n Sweet" (Best Pop Vocal Album, with a name that suggests the way some of us like it!) and for "Espresso" (Best Solo Performance) , and Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars, Love Me Julie and Joe Batiste.  Marvelous, Marvelous!!! I keep hearing a lot of great things about Doechi, but I have to ask...what the hell was Doechi wearing on her head?? It looked like a mini toy bicycle or  a frog, or like someone dropped a chocolate milkshake on her head. She needs to hire a better hairdresser! On the positive side, she thanked God for her win, so not everything is bad! I was a bit disappointed that Eminem did not win for "Death of Marshall Mathers" in the Best Rap Album category. Even though he has said homophobic shit in the past, Emimen is da' bomb! Ok, I hate rap, but he is my favorite rapper because he brought a lot of social matters to mainstream society and usually sang his truth. I respected that and he is one of the few rap artists I can actually listen to. Thanks to him, ral shadys are still standing up worldwide. But sadly, it seems his era, like in the case also of Marilyn Manson, has been gone for 25 years.  As far as Manson, well....I was never a big fan of his music or what he seemingly stood for, but I liked that he too, stood against human authority.  Grammy cool: Lady Gaga said "Trans People are not Invisible!"  Thank you for that, Lady! Grammy not so cool: Chris Brown keeps getting nominated...how a woman beater keeps getting nominated is beyond me.  Wow! So much to unload about this week! I tell ya, sometimes a girl needs to talk!  I'll just leave right now by saying, who knows what's up next week1 As always, God loves you and so do we! Keep on returning, you all! Jeanette

Well, Super Bowl week is here! The Philadelphia Eagles blasted the Washington Commanders, 55-23, to advance to the big game. So, it will be the Kansas City Chiefs versus Philadelphia Eagles. I think that, talent and cuteness-wise, the Chiefs  win. It will be a kick in the ass. But it will be an exciting game to watch with a great half time show and two great teams in a great matchup. However, I have to say, over the last few years, as far as the greatest, and cutest,  quarterback in American Football, the torch has been passed from Tom Brady to Patrick Mahomes.  Mahomes is an all-time great. He has joined the likes of Bart Starr, Roger Starbauch, Dan Fouts, Joe Montana, Dan Marino, John Elway, Troy Aikman, Kurt Warner,  Drew Bledsoe and Brady among the all time greats. The game promises to be marvelous. But so does the half-time show! Kendrick Lamar, John Batiste, Trombone Shorty and Lauren Daigle will be performing. They all have great, harmonizing voices. And Brady will be commenting from the sidelines!!!! There is something more serious that I have to comment about: I received a petition to sign a letter to stop two California universities from allowing adults to change their gender on driving licenses and other legal documents. They even framed it by calling those universities clinics! I will not sign that! I understand everything about people not wanting children to have access to transgender medicines and actually have said that if we do not know the dangers these medicines pose in the future, then we should not have children take them. But banning an adult from changing their sex on a paper? No. Adults can, and should be allowed to, do as they please. It's called free will in the Bible. We might believe it's right or wrong but in the United States, people have rights.  Well, so speaking about other things, I really am a retro girl these days! Not only when it comes down to the music I listen to , which is mostly 1980s, mixed with some 1970s and some 1990s and early 00s, but also when it comes down to Television shows. I've been watching 2 Broke Girls a lot.l This show is not that new, It's from the 2010s and it's co-created by Michael Patrick King and Whiitney Cummings. King was the director of some Sex and the City shows. If we were 4, I'd call my group of friends the Sex and the City gir;;s. But we are five so we are the Spice Girls. So you know that SATC was one of my favorite shows! But anyways, back to 2 Broke Girls: I'ts about two women, one of whom loses her billions and ends up as a waitress where the other one works at and both end up sharing the same, broken apartment in a piece of shit apartment complex, along with the glamorous, championship race winning horse the ex-billionaire owns and which she cannot bring herself to selling. But, apart from the horse, all the glamour has left the former's life and the latter and her become closer and closer as episodes roll off. I always tell my fellow Spice Girl Jill that they remind me of my relationship with her! The way they joke and treat men, that is.  The other series I love watching is Beverly Hills, 90210. I used to watch that with my sister and all our friends back in the day! It was a great series that treated serious issues such as abortion, drugs, date "grape", suicide, divorce and others with respect and gave them their appropiate space in which teenagers could see them in a realistic if not always Christian or religious way. Sometimes we need to tell people that our religious beliefs offer them a way out and other times we need to educate them about the distinct realities of life that can and do happen. It's as simple as that. I believe in God and that He has the ultimate way out of all the problems, but at the same time, things like alcohol addiction, unwanted pregnancies, friendships, romance, etc, are not as black and white as we want them to be. They are as varied as the rainbow. Some television shows, movies and songs are created so we can learn by seeing things from the point of view and premise of their character and messages  and perhaps, create a better, fairier, world for everyone.  Another oldie but goodie I saw recently was the so-called "fight of the millennium" between Felix Trinidad and Oscar De La Hoya. Hard to believe this boxing fight took place 26 years ago already! Felix was a good looking Blacktino man back in the day, but Oscar was on another level. He almost looked like Superman! I remember all the girls back then loved him. As far as me, mythen- bisexual ass's attention was divided between him and Baby Spice of the Spice Girls. Oscar truly was the Enrique Iglesias of boxing. As far as the fight goes, I gave each 6 of the twelve rounds this time around. It was that close of a fight! But the judges saw Felix win it, by a very close split decision vote. It still is a classic! Next week, I hope to write more about movies, about the Super Bowl's after-game, and maybe some sex advice. God loves you! And so do we! Marvelous!! Jeanette
