Hi everyone!

Well, well, well, number 26 is here!!!! It's crazy how time has flown this year, ah? too fast actually...

I want to begin by giving a shout to my friend Carla Al who has the shingles. I've myself not been that good either as i have 5 straight days with a stomach bug..grrr as the fellow Online Spice Girl Deb would say! But every day, there is someone up here who wants to do crazy things to me! You guys truly do not let anyone catch a break! Not that I'm complaining , but ..lol! 

So, today we awoke to the terrible news that the "Prince of Darkness", Ozzy Osbourne, had passed away, at the age of 76. I remember when I lived in Cayey and I was in a pop-rock..or should I say, what we thought was a pop-rock band, in school with my girlfriend and our 3 friends, there were many guys in my neighborhood who were metal heads. I was not much into Metal, but with time I got there. At least a few of those guys are mourning today and so is the world of rock and roll. Ozzy was truly one of the greatest. The lead singer of Black Sabbath, he blazed a path that few others have imitated. He also became a reality television star, when he launched the show, "The Osbournes", along with wife Sharion, the now hot daughter Kelly and son, not as hot Jack, on MTV, This was the era in which I started thinking that Ozz was cool but he also became a music promoter along with his wife when they created Ozzfest.That festival brought other talents such as Kittie and Disturbed on tour, abdm in fact, when it hit Phoenix in the early 00s and I was an autograph collector, I went over to their hotel and met David Draiman od Disturbed and got his autograph, while at the same time, falling over one of the members of Black Sabbath, who grabbed me by my arm and helped me up...and then, five minutes later, looking at my magazine with Black Sabbath's poster on it, I realized I had just run over one of the members of Black Sabbath! The coolest song Ozzy ever recorded, according to me anyways, is 1986's "Shot in the Dark", from his solo album effort, "The Ultimate Sin", which was Ozzy's 4th solo album. His controversies include eating the head off two doves during a press conference in Los Angeles, and a bat in 1982 in Des Moines, Iowa. Osbourne was also linked to at least 2 suicides and one murder-suicide, and once sht 17 of his own cats during a drug fulled rampage. Despite all of that, he was reportedly a member of the Church of England who had become a Christian and entrusted his life to the Lord before dying. He died on 22 July in Birmingham, England.

In other news, Bad Bunny, the Puerto Rican singer, has stirred up a lot of controversy lately. He is doing a residency at the Jose Miguel Agrelot Coliseum in Puerto Rico, which will last 30 straight weekends, which is..marvelloussssssss....but what is not so marvelous is the controversies in which he got involved: during one of those concerts, he apparently grabbed a boob of an attendant, a pretty, young (but not pretty young) woman who eagerly approached him and , I mean who is to blame him? Well, Thomas Rivera Schatz, that is who. The politician, who always invited controversy himself and is a member of the new Progressive Party-the one that advocates for Puerto Rico's statehood with the USA-said that Bad Bunny-whose real name is Benito Antonio Martinez Ocasio-disrespected Puerto RIcan women, In a way, Rivera Schatz is right, but, coming from a politician who in the past refused to recognize his own daughter, this is precious, to say the very least! On the other hand, the wife of pastor Otilio Font, Omayra Font, also criticised the singer. To all of this, Don Goyo, a character played on YouTube videos by an undisclosed man similar in vein to Kobbo Santarrosa's infamous representation of a woman character, La Vomay, inserted himself to the controversy by calling out Omayra Font and accusing her of using Bad Bunny's fame to make herself popular....what can i say but holy enchilada? Rat, now you know: no boob grabbing in Puerto Rico if you ever go there, mate!!! Ok?

Omayra Font has also taken on the singer J. Balvin and other famous entertainment figures lately.....

And the Jeffrey Epstein-Donald Trump saga keeps on going. This last few days, Trump has taken to speaking about illegal acts allegedly committed by Barack Obama, who was president of the United States before Trump first was president in 2016. He says Obama committed treason......on the other hand, according to Newsweek Magazine, on 22 July, the Republicans shut down the House Floor early to avoid a vote on the Epstein files issue....

Geez...what a time we are living in!!!

Well, so its been another week, another 7 days of fun for me, Jill, Courtenay, Cindy and Deb, the Online Spice Girls, and for the rat who keeps under our skirts as we move on to the Portugal part of our world wide tour! What can we say? We are having fun!
